1) Description
This privacy policy (‘Privacy Policy’) aims to inform you about the privacy and security measures we have taken regarding the personal information of visitors and members. The Privacy Policy explains our methods of processing, collecting, storing and using personal information about visitors and members.

The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to explain which personal data of BOSCO visitors and members are obtained, for what purpose and how they will be processed, the method and legal reason for collection and for what purpose they will be shared with third parties.

As BOSCO, we process personal data of ‘BOSCO’ visitors and members in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, legal legislation and decisions of the Personal Data Protection Authority.
In addition to the identifying information of BOSCO and its members, aggregated statistics on visitors are also collected. For example; In case of visiting the BOSCO platform, general information about the location of the computer of the users, the website from which the website is visited is automatically collected, and this information is not used to determine the identity information of the users.
Apart from the automatically collected data, it is also necessary to collect descriptive personal data. In addition, comments on the content and records of conversations with BOSCO employees (messages, comments, opinions) are also among the data to be collected. – Carrying out the necessary work by our business units to benefit you in relation to the products, services, or commercial activities offered by BOSCO;
– Determining and implementing BOSCO’s commercial and business strategies,
– Confirming that you are a healthcare professional in order to become a member of BOSCO,
– Fulfilling legal obligations arising from relevant legislation,
– Publishing content shared with BOSCO and ensuring the transmission of relevant information and documents,
– Communicating with members via the BOSCO system for the specified purposes and providing requested information and documents,
– Your personal data having been made public by yourself,
– Reporting adverse effects to the necessary authorities and institutions.
